These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of orangemorangehome.pro and purchases from OrangeMorange Home GmbH ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Austrian consumer protection law (Konsumentenschutzgesetz — KSchG) and the Fernabsatzgesetz (FAGG) apply to consumers in Austria.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR and include Austrian VAT (Umsatzsteuer) where applicable. Product descriptions, images and scent notes are provided for guidance. Minor variations in colour or fragrance intensity may occur due to natural ingredients and hand-poured production.

3. Enquiries & Orders

Product enquiries and order requests are submitted via our contact form or email. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. This website does not process online payments — payment details and methods are arranged separately after order confirmation.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Austria. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Delivery costs, if any, are communicated before payment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Under § 11 FAGG, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless we delivered defective or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened candles or used diffusers), pursuant to § 18(1)(5) FAGG.

6. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights under the Austrian Konsumentenschutzgesetz apply. Defective products may be repaired, replaced or refunded at your choice within the statutory period. Our liability for slight negligence is excluded except for personal injury or mandatory statutory claims. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.

7. Product Safety

Candles must never be left unattended. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Trim wicks to 5 mm before each use. Reed diffusers contain fragrance oil — avoid contact with skin and eyes. Room sprays are for ambient use only, not for application on textiles or skin.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and scent descriptions — is owned by OrangeMorange Home GmbH or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle, but we endeavour to resolve complaints directly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. Place of jurisdiction for business customers is Wien, Austria.
